Projects

Keep up to ten sites on file. Each one is crawled in full, and its card holds the last crawl and the date it was taken, so you can read the report without running anything.

Getting the most from ten slots

Each project is a whole website. Adding one crawls the site from the address you enter, as deep as you choose (up to 10,000 pages), and keeps the full report: every issue with the pages it affects, every crawled page and the crawl data.

Recrawl straight after you deploy a change, not days later. The card keeps the score and counts from the previous crawl, so a drop in errors or warnings confirms the fix went live, and a rise tells you something else changed at the same time.

If you work on client sites, download the report before you remove a project. The Excel workbook has an action plan tab with one row per issue per page, with owner, status and due date columns ready to fill in, and the PDF is ready to send as it is.

Projects live in this browser only. If you switch devices or clear site data, add the sites again. Very large crawls are shortened automatically if your browser runs out of storage space.

Crawls are on demand

Nothing runs on a schedule. A project shows its stored report until you press recrawl, so the date on the card is always the date of the data you are reading.

Stored on your device

Project data sits in this browser's local storage. It is not uploaded, not shared and not tied to an account. Clearing site data removes it.

Compare against the last crawl

Each recrawl keeps the previous score and counts, and the card shows the change. Fewer errors and warnings tells you the fix landed.
