Using SEOWay

By using this website and its audit tool you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

The service

SEOWay is provided free of charge. It fetches publicly available web pages that you ask it to audit and reports technical findings about them. We may change, limit or stop any part of the service at any time without notice.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the tool to send automated or bulk requests, or to get around the per-visitor limits;
• use the tool against sites in a way that breaks their terms or the law, or to try to reach private networks or systems;
• interfere with, probe or overload the service or the servers it runs on;
• copy, resell or present the service as your own.

You may use the reports SEOWay produces, including exported JSON, in your own work and for your clients.

No guarantee of results

Audit findings are automated and informational. They are based on the HTML and headers a server returns at the moment of the audit, and they can be incomplete or wrong. They are not a guarantee of rankings or traffic. Check important changes yourself before acting on them.

Availability and liability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent the law allows, SEOWay is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for any loss of data, revenue or rankings, arising from use of the site or reliance on its reports.

Your data

Saved projects are stored in your own browser, and you are responsible for keeping any copy you need. How we handle information is described in the privacy policy.

Intellectual property

The SEOWay name, logo, design and written content belong to SEOWay. Content on the sites you audit belongs to their owners.

Links to other sites

Reports and pages may link to other websites. We are not responsible for their content or practices.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms by posting a new version on this page. These terms are governed by the laws of India.
